Beginning the Process is simple - just call CRS at 231-941-5835.  Provide them with some basic information and they will answer your questions about their services.  CRS will contact the other party and ask if he or she is willing to try mediation.

Mediation is an alternative to the adversarial process, stress and expense of going to court.  In mediation, no one judges you or your problem or tells you what to do.  You control the outcome and can reach a resolution with the assistance of a neutral mediator.  The result is a win-win for everyone.  And, if you do not reach a resolution through mediation, you still have the option of filing a complaint with the Traverse Area Association of REALTORS® or going to court.

Any information disclosed during mediation remains confidential, unless all parties agree to disclose it.  Your mediator will not share any information that you provide nor voluntarily testify in any court proceeding.
