• MLS Login Screen Advertising - 728x90 pixel ad on right side top of screen, 160x600 pixel ad on bottom of screen.  Standard formats:  Non-animated GIF or JPG.  Please submit ad 3 days before publication of ad.  $60 per month, six month minimum, paid in advance.  Only one advertiser in each spot.  Ads do not rotate.  Contact joann@taar.com with questions.
 
• "Featured Listings" - MLS listing is randomly displayed on all taar.com pages and on the front page of the search application - $10 for two weeks. For TAAR REALTOR® members only.

Please email Sharon to place your Featured Listing ad. 

• Button Ad "Featured Member" - 180x155 pixel ad rotated on www.taar.com pages - $50 per month for TAAR Members, non-members $100 per month. Four (4) positions. Rotation of 12 ads total for maximum exposure. Rotation is random and equally distributed.
 
• Search Page Application - 570x50 pixel banner ad - $50 per month for TAAR Members, non-members $100 per month. One (1) position. Rotation of 8 ads total for maximum exposure.  One position. The TAAR listings search receives thousands of distinct users each day.

• Tower Ad - 150x600 pixel ad - $100 per month for TAAR Members, non-members $200. One position rotation of 3 ads total.

Multiple Discounts:
*Purchase 12 months get 15% off.
*Purchase 6 consecutive months' ad get 10% off.
Monthly minimum required.

Ads MUST be in the following formats:  JPEG, GIF, PNG, BMP OR TIFF. Send  ad plus clickable url to link to joann@taar.com for Button Ad Featured Member, Search Application and Tower ads. Ads due 25th of the month prior to run date.
