We finally have the answer...
It is with a light heart that we can finally see the day when the infamous Question Mark building is coming down. Yes indeed, the building is coming down as we speak. What a relief after so many years of decline. This building has, as you know, been what has defined Honor over the past few years. Whenever one has spoken of Honor, the question comes up..."what is up with the Question Mark building?"

We often talk about our exceptional quality of life and recreational opportunities available here in our region and state. In fact, sometimes this topic becomes a part of the lifestyle marketing package many of our members use to attract clients to the region. So thanks to numerous organizations and funding from the Coastal Zone Management Program folks who relish the paddle now have a new navigation tool.

The 12th Clean Up and Green Up event will be held on Sunday, April 26, 2015 at American Waste's facility, 280 Hughes Drive in Traverse City from 9am until 3pm.  You can download the full list of accepted items for this coming event.   

While much of our focus last year was on the line between Traverse City and Williamsburg, this year --after feedback and conversations with you all, MDOT, and many rail experts-- we're now exploring the opportunities between Traverse City and southern Michigan.

The Feb. 16 event will focus on how projects like the M-1 Rail in Detroit and the Washtenaw-Livingston (WALLY) commuter line began, and the steps needed to expand passenger service between Ann Arbor and Traverse City.
